Roseburg Honda - Service Center

My wife and I are traveling from Central Washington to Southern California; as were were entering Roseburg on I-5, the TPMS light and warning sounded. I pulled off the freeway and happened to spot Rosebu Southern California; as were were entering Roseburg on I-5, the TPMS light and warning sounded. I pulled off the freeway and happened to spot Roseburg Honda. I pulled up to the service door and within ten minutes "Ken" had topped off all four tires (no nail, just low pressure) and helped me reset the TPMS system. Fantastic service, no charge. Took my Clarity in for general maintenance, including oil and filter change. Its a PHEV, so the internal combustion engine isn't used often. 4 days later, the ICE came on and in 3 miles I had smoke coming ou and filter change. THERE WASN'T ANY! - - - - BEWARE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! More

Avoid This Place, Dishonesty Practiced There Took my Honda Accord in due to a recall on the airbag, you know the ones that kill people. Encountered some very sketchy employee in the service dept. He talked out of both sides of his mouth and was doing his best to charge me for things I did not need. Had me open my hood and said he could see "mice paw prints" on my engine and they could have eaten wires, that it needed a costly inspection. I asked to see these rodent feet prints, there was none. He was basically trying to cheat me. I have heard from others to avoid this place and believe me I will. I tried to complain about this to management and they didn't seem to care. Taking my car to Eugene to have the dangerous situation fixed as I would not be surprised if shoddy work is done there. More
