Battery Replacement I was able to get an appointment just a couple of days after I called - and it was a good thing because my battery died just after I arrived at the de I was able to get an appointment just a couple of days after I called - and it was a good thing because my battery died just after I arrived at the dealership! The Service Staff is always friendly and professional. What I especially like is that they tell you how long the service is going to take and they meet that timeframe. They also do a great job of keeping you informed if they find anything else and they give you options to solve any issues. More

Great service! My car had power steering issues and a significant leak that had to be addressed several weeks back. After the repairs, I twice noticed a significant amount of what looked like power steering fluid under the vehicle. Both times I brought the car back and it was looked at free of charge - nothing was found (the source of the new fluid is still a bit of a mystery), but I definitely got peace of mind thanks to the excellent service provided by Michael Do and the team. In my experience, by far the best service team I've ever dealt with - great professionalism and a fantastic customer experience. One very minor negative note - the woman at the cashier desk who handled returning my keys and my payment for some routine maintenance was incredibly rude and sounded like she'd rather be anyplace else than working there. It was very noticeable and jarring when compared to every other interaction I had with the service department. More
