I called yesterday to get my oil changed and mentioned I might need tires and the inside latch on the passenger door my SSR didnt work. I asked if parts were avaliable for door and to call me on my cell for might need tires and the inside latch on the passenger door my SSR didnt work. I understand probably busy in am, but not to here anything in three hours doesnt seem right. When I arrived I had try to call Justin twice so i could make a informed decision on my repairs and tires. He seem mad about something and we hardly communicated,said tires were 1500 bucks with one free didnt have in stock,than called me later to tell me no parts for SSR i could pay 30-50 bucks to have the part overnited. I was leaving yesterday afternoon and when i arrived to pay bill of $135.18 for oil change got charged for taking door apart. This could have been avoided had someone check on parts first,I asked and was told ya dont worry about it. Dont think Ill be back, More

I was called saying my truck was done and ready to be picked up on Friday and when I arrived, they were still working on the alignment, so I had to wait close to an hour before I could leave with it. This caused me problems at work since I was only scheduled to be away for a short time to pick my truck up. I don't understand why they called saying it was done when it wasn't. I would still reccomend your dealership since I know this doesn't happen a lot but this really caused me problems at work. More
Have all my service performed here,Ray is great, shuttle is very convenient. My only complaint this time was trying to make an appt online to qualify for the 5% discount but it only worked for the next day is very convenient. The service was for an oil change and overall check-up. These two things point to the oil change not being done even though I was billed for it. I am planning to bring my car back in as I need to make sure that the work was completed as I will be doing some traveling over the long holiday weekend. However, this is extremely inconvienent, there is a cost to me in time and gas to go back and I no longer have confidence in the service I receive through your service department. I would go to Jiffy Lube if accepting this kind of aggrevation (sp?) was acceptable . More
Staff worked hard to help me out with this problem with my C5. They had also been a resource for a previous one. Doug Schaumer in sales, Chris Duffy managemnt, Justin in parts. Service help from the 800 custoner support line was NOT helpful and made me angry. The problem with the 800 customer support line needs to be addressed as it is REALLY poor. The staff at Rosedale Chev saved the day and is the only reason I would continue to buy Chevs. Despite examinations and input from GM local technical people neither of these problems have been satisfactorily explained as to why they happened. Not the problems you would expect of a Corvette. Makes me wonder about the quality of the other GM products I own. More
I really appreciated Chad keeping me in the loop. When the vehicle could not be delivered as origianlly expected he gave me a prompt heads-up. I have only had one bad experience in the time I was coming here and it was my fault for leaving my CD's in the vehicle during my oil change. When I got my vehicle back I didn't immediately notice that coming here and it was my fault for leaving my CD's in the vehicle during my oil change.
