The new facility is very nice. I had our car in for a recall and some maintenance twice in two weeks. An oil change was done the first time. Lets start with positive , scheduling online was super easy, they gave me nice loaner, which was great. I took vehicle for timing belt service which we all know is very $$$$. They send me video showing ol easy, they gave me nice loaner, which was great. I took vehicle for timing belt service which we all know is very $$$$. They send me video showing old parts out and technician recommended replacing serpentine belt while holding it in his hands (it has to come off to get to timing belt). Service advised called me asking about recommend serpentine belt and few other things, saying it will be additional $199 which I declined. It was weird to me that I need to pay for this since belt is already taken off. So far so good. I got call before noon, vehicle is ready to be picked up. After looking at the invoice I noticed they charge me for new serpentine belt, the actual belt but they also listed it under deferred recommendation. By looking at it I cant tell if the belt is actually replaced or not. This can be one of two things, they charge me for the parts that are not installed or they install new belt but did not reflect on paperwork. Its like left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing and I am really hoping it is this last one. I am not even sure how many stars I should put here 🤷 Also, honda oem parts are $$ and they charge over list price. Overall it was good experience I just wish I know if I have new belt. More
