Outstanding Customer Service I was at Allstar Honda for preventive maintenance on my 2013 CR-V. I wasn't planning to purchase a new vehicle but I was intrigued with the new style I was at Allstar Honda for preventive maintenance on my 2013 CR-V. I wasn't planning to purchase a new vehicle but I was intrigued with the new style of the 2017 CR-V. I was very impressed with the vehicle and was even more impressed with the level of service and respect given by the entire sales team. I'd like to recognize Mark Wade and Christian Graf in particular. I was given an extremely competitive price for the new vehicle including the options I desired and an equally fair price for my trade-in vehicle based on my research. I was very comfortable throughout the sales process. There was no hard sales demeanor at any time. Christian did an excellent job explaining the features of the 2017 model without being pushy. He is very passionate about the product and truly wants the vehicle to be a perfect fit for the customer. After the sale he spent as much time as needed to help me understand the many driver friendly features of the new CR-V and helped me customize my new car for my use. I would certainly return to Allstar Honda in the future and would definitely recommend them to friends or family. I absolutely would refer anyone to Christian Graf for a positive sales experience. Quality inventory & staff willing to help! I was able to find & smoothly purchase a certified, pre-owned 2014 Honda Accord Sport to fulfill my search. The staff was available & helpful throughout the process. They were willing to negotiate a fair price & immediately address any of my concerns. The finance department was not able to answer all of my questions, however I am very particular. In general they were friendly & generous in their time. My salesman, Christian Graf, is especially knowledgeable about newer cars in general which I found very helpful in understanding the specific model of my interest. He is up front if there is something he has to research first but is high energy & desires to help! He has continued to check on my satisfaction w/ the vehicle. I recommend him to anyone in their search for a newer Honda & look forward to working with him in the future to maintain my new Accord. More

He gave me both a good price for my trade an I walked into All Star Honda, not expecting to go home with a car that day. Chris made me feel at ease. When I took my new HRV home, he sat with me in the car for quite a while, explaining things to me so that I was safe and comfortable driving home. In the excitement to take my newly purchased vehicle home, I must have dropped the second set of keys. He literally ran out and stopped me as I was turning out of the dealership to give them to me.
