I came back a few days later to buy a car and Chris and Tina were not working so I had to work with Sean. I was pretty disappointed with Sean. He made an offer on a Civic but he didn't say that it would involve removing a security device the dealership installs on all their cars to prevent theft. I didn't find this out until after I paid the car off. Sean really only seemed interested in making a sale, and not really making sure I left with the car that would best fit me. It also felt like he was always distracted by his phone and didn't know much about the car he was trying to sell. More

totally painless a few months ago I visited a salesman at a Honda dealership. I liked the man but not to crazy about the dealership. when I went back there to buy a ca a few months ago I visited a salesman at a Honda dealership. I liked the man but not to crazy about the dealership. when I went back there to buy a car they said he dosnt work here anymore. though we were disappointed in that we looked at other Honda dealers in Milwaukee and found a nice one all star Honda, and to our surprise so was the salesman Richard aguilar. as fate would have it he not only recognized us but still remembered are names. now we felt at ease, he has a more relaxed demeaner. we were shown all the cars that fit are price range and after choosing a car we bought one and drove it off the lot that day. the biggest investment of my life other than a home and felt ok with it. when I drove the car home I new I had the best deal and wasn't taken for a ride. I told them this was totally painless. it was actually fun there instead of being pressured and hounded like other dealerships. thank you Richard from franklin and Kelly. More
