She heard my concerns of incompatibility of new vehicle and me and explained my options completely with expectations. I saw and tried other cars before the 2015 Honda Civic LX...three years younger than same model I purchased. Color selection made, Ms Carrion thoroughly explained features and adapted vehicle for me before lengthy road test and parking 2 different methods. It was a perfect match. Slight blemish on the outside mirror was dealt with in a professional manner(replaced outer cover), with no "hassle" . I believe that it happened in shipment to dealer...but they had to do the fix..I like to thank both sales and service staff for very very good job. More
