Took our 2020 Passport in for usual maintenance, and a static issue. Terrell listened to my concerns about my vehicle, and wrote it up on the work order. I called back several hours later with a minor static issue. Terrell listened to my concerns about my vehicle, and wrote it up on the work order. I called back several hours later with a minor issue, and it was taken care of when I pick up the vehicle. Everything was explained to me, and in a way I could understand. I always feel welcomed, and my husband feels confident enough to send me there and let me handle the situation knowing were getting the best service possible. Everyone is very respectful and courtesy in the service department. More

Got my Civic in today to get the tires rotated and the car washed. Was there for only about an hour and all looks good. Terrell is doing a great job in the service department and the price can't be beaten car washed. Was there for only about an hour and all looks good. All-Star Honda doesn't like savvy car shoppers , they have a take it or leave it attitude. You're better off dealing with Wilde Honda, or Schlossmans Honda. I've dealt with both and have been treated have a take it or leave it attitude. You're better off dealing with Wilde Honda, or Schlossmans Honda.
