The one time he didn’t know the answer to our question, he didn’t just make something up. He admitted he didn’t know, and got back to us later with the answer. He didn’t pressure us at all. In fact, he encouraged us to ask questions so that we were sure we got the car that was best for us. He’s even reached out to us since the sale to see if we have any other questions that he can help us with. We highly recommend Chris to anyone who is looking to buy a new Honda. You won’t be disappointed. As for the dealership, everyone we dealt with during the sales process was very friendly. Things seemed to take longer than we thought it should have, but that could be us. We can’t comment yet on the service area as we haven’t experienced that yet. More
