Lack of customer service I was extremely disappointed with the customer service provided on this visit. No update was given of the status except to say it was taking longer th I was extremely disappointed with the customer service provided on this visit. No update was given of the status except to say it was taking longer than expected and that was after almost an hour. Then after another 1/2 hr. was told 2 filters were needed and it would take 10 minutes. 30 minutes later (2nd service rep) was told car was ready but I noticed that only 1 filer was put in. This service rep did let me know it would take another approx 20 minutes for the completion of the service. Yes some of the work was done at no charge because I complained but I should not have had to complain. I have been a customer for a long time and I have never experienced the type of service I received yesterday. I understand that meetings were been held but having been a manager in my career, I know that the customer's time is extremely important and that should come first. I also feel the Service Manager should have made his/her self available to respond to my concerns at the time of the visit. More
