They’ll waste your time with a bait and switch We were quoted via the internet a good price on a CRV. I made an appointment to purchase the car and went through the buying process including receivi We were quoted via the internet a good price on a CRV. I made an appointment to purchase the car and went through the buying process including receiving a quote for my trade-in. When I received the actual offer it was thousands of dollars more expensive than the internet quote. I showed the manager the internet quote which brought me in, and he said the quote was a mistake and he’d have to talk to the dealership owner. The next day he called and said he couldn’t offer the internet quote and sent a new offer which was still thousands of dollars higher. But I brought up the trade-in thinking that would bring the price back down. He refused to offer it and said the trade-in offer should never have been made (the sales person who gave me the trade-in price was very new and probably didn’t have the authority). In the end, he offered me a $100 gift card to any store I wanted to walk away from the exchange and to make up for my time. Guess what I never received. More

Of all the local internet sales team I e-mailed, All-Star clinched the day by offering the lowest out-the-door quote. For clarification, contrary to what I was told by a competing dealer in MKE, All-Star's internet quotes are NOT contingent upon leasing or financing. Upon visiting their showroom, they were exceedingly professional, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my vehicle preferences and budget. Hats off to Chris Williams and Mark Wade! This being our third new SUV purchase, I was particularly impressed by the fact that I was neither pressured into buying a vehicle there and then, nor was I aggressively cajoled into adding on warranties during the sale transaction. Above all, once the sale was complete, Chris devoted ample time to demonstrating the features of the vehicle, and adjusting the settings (e.g. Honda Sensing). Verdict: outstanding client experience!
