Longest wait for simple service I had an appointment to bring in my girlfriends car for her at 1:30. I got there a little early to be considerate and was told an oil change and tire I had an appointment to bring in my girlfriends car for her at 1:30. I got there a little early to be considerate and was told an oil change and tire rotation would take about 30-45 min. I was there for over an hour before asking about the vehicle since no one gave me an update on their own. And was told it would only be a little longer. After another hour of waiting I was told only 10 more minutes and that they wanted to change a filter. And it would only take a minute. After another 30 minutes the car was finally done. I was almost late for my mandatory courses I take through the city for the fire department because an oil change and tire rotation took 2.5 hours. With no employee having the curtesy to give updates on why it was taking so long ever apologizing for a long wait or trying to remedy the situation in anyway. I’ve purchased new vehicles from other dealers and leased from other dealers and have never had an issue. We were going to buy a new Honda when her lease was up but will now be considering other makes simply because we will not be paying over 100$ for oil changes and tire rotations that take up an entire day with employees who don’t seem to car that you will spend your entire day there. More

Fantastic customer service, easy buying experience. I worked with Lamar and was in contact with him about a used car on the lot and he did everything that he could to make the experience as nice and eas I worked with Lamar and was in contact with him about a used car on the lot and he did everything that he could to make the experience as nice and easy as possible especially since I was coming from further away than the average customer. They expedited the process for me since I was in contact before coming to look at the vehicle and the entire process was made very easy by the entire sales team.
