Easy to deal with! Mario greeted me after I arrived at the dealership. From that moment on I was treated like a friend and not just a customer. My technician was pulled to work on other cars The car was dropped off on 3/5/19. The appointment was on 3/6/19. The car was promised for 3/9/19. The dealer called 3/12/19 to tell me added work was The car was dropped off on 3/5/19. The appointment was on 3/6/19. The car was promised for 3/9/19. The dealer called 3/12/19 to tell me added work was needed. This added work was authorized early on 3/13/19. I received a follow up call on 3/16/19 to tell me the car would be ready 3/20/19. Following my disapproval for the delay, the car was finished and picked up on 3/19/19. I was told that my technician was pulled to work on other cars. I need a new car in the very near future. My last 4 cars were Hondas. Not sure the 5th car will be a Honda. More
