My need for a key was immediate. I was met at the parts service counter by young man who quickly located and found the parts I needed. He directed me to the Service desk to schedule time to get the key programmed. Angela David was the service advisor. She greeted me with a smile and positive can do attitude. She was professional, courteous and always checking to make sure I was aware of what was going on with my car. II had forgotten my phone and she coordinated a vehicle for me to get my phone. I was only gone 20 minutes but having the phone while I waited was a gift. Angela is a leading example of customer care beyond expectations and I will be sharing the delightful experience with family and friends.
