They waste your time I live about 3 hours from the dealership but contacted them about a car they had. After many emails and phone calls, I finally got Sarah to call me. W I live about 3 hours from the dealership but contacted them about a car they had. After many emails and phone calls, I finally got Sarah to call me. We discussed everything and she understood my financing, intent and so forth. She claimed "We can make a deal" based on the specifics of my car value and budget. I told her to save the car. When I got to the dealership, the sales manager and a different sales person knew nothing of what I had discussed. I had to re-explain everything over repeatedly. They backtracked on what was discussed and I ended up walking away. They do not communicate with each other. The sales manager (Mario) even misquoted the car's advertised price. They do NOT have their act together. More

Stress cracked windshield Windshield cracked from extreme cold. The crack started at the very bottom and middle of windshield, up about 6 inches and towards drivers side about Windshield cracked from extreme cold. The crack started at the very bottom and middle of windshield, up about 6 inches and towards drivers side about a foot. Then cracked more after a couple of days. Took in to Honda and after employee dug her nail into crack, it created a small mark and said it wasn't covered under the warranty. I asked for general manager and he came and proceeded to make the hole bigger with his pen and said crack was caused by this "chip". Two other qualified auto technicians, one a windshield repair man, said the crack was a stress crack because it would have cracked straight across and not curved down if it was from "chip". Called owner and have had no response. Will call BBB. More

Awesome! I took our Honda CRV in for a new battery and oil change. The service advisor was excellent. She indicated that I did not need an oil change at this t I took our Honda CRV in for a new battery and oil change. The service advisor was excellent. She indicated that I did not need an oil change at this time. I thought that was very decent, they could have done one at my expense. The indictor was only at 95%. She also provided me with a coupon for the battery - excellent customer service. She ranks high on my rating of your employee. More
