I called my usual dealer who I have been with for over 10 years. they were not able to slide me in for this quick service. I then called Racine Honda. They also were booked, but Zack, said he'd be able to get me in. He gave me a time which worked out perfectly for me and the rest is history. I will now be taking a little longer drive down to Racine for my service. I'm not sure why dealers in Milwaukee think that they don't have to give good customer service. Thank you Zack. More
