Went to All-Star Honda without an appointment because I was having trouble with auto door locks and also wanted to check battery. Maureena was very helpful. She was courteous and patient with me. We worked was having trouble with auto door locks and also wanted to check battery. Maureena was very helpful. She was courteous and patient with me. We worked out the auto lock issue and tested the battery on the spot. I was able to have battery replaced immediately and about 30 minutes later I was able to leave with confidence that all was good. Called about a vehicle they had in stock, sent in a credit application immediately and wanted to make the 2 hour trek down the following day to purchase and let them know that. I had to chase them down credit application immediately and wanted to make the 2 hour trek down the following day to purchase and let them know that. I had to chase them down the following day to get a “oh, we’re working on it right now, call you back in 15 minutes”. Well, two weeks later now and no response.
