I usually give a five star reviews because the service is so good but I was surprised that no one checked on me or told me how long the oil change was taking and I did take a whole hour and a half which I wa so good but I was surprised that no one checked on me or told me how long the oil change was taking and I did take a whole hour and a half which I was surprised and when it was done, my car was parked away by the road and I asked if I could get a car wash and they told me I had to do it myself which I was surprised and I really didn’t know how to do the car wash so I was really disappointed in the service this time no one came and talk to me the whole hour and a half. I was there so I was really surprised. I always got such good service at this location that I always go to. Really don’t know why my car was parked way by the road so far away I mean, I don’t mind walking, but I don’t get it.
