Took 6 weeks to get work done. Called over 8 times trying to get updates and no one knew anything about it. Called and asked several times without getting the promised "we will call back when we figure out what part was ordered and what is needed". Ended up calling again and requesting a supervisor and getting upset to get the ball rolling and suddenly it was scheduled and completed in days. What is going on at this dealership? More
"Repair" made things worse, not better. Went in to get a very minor steering noise fixed so I could pass on this vehicle to a family member. After the "repair" the steering was worse; wouldn't return to center, was stiff. So we brought the car back in. Were told that another repair had to be done to completely fix the problem with another hefty bill attached. Still waiting to get it back. I'd have a better working vehicle and $2500 more if I had never brought it in. Just frustrated. More
Costumer service was terrible all the way up through management. Very passive aggressive when speaking with manager in service. This was an awful experience from start to finish. The dealership kept my car for 17 days and did not stay in contact with me to keep me updated on the repair. No repair was even done to my vehicle. After a week, I called for an update and was told the part was installed but there were still fault codes. The following week, I was told that no repair was done at all. The fix that I needed was currently unavailable with no estimated availability. That information could have been communicated to me two weeks before. Absolutely terrible customer service. More
