I had a appointment for 8:00am- I called twice before I talked to an adviser - then when I did they didn't know why I brought my car in? That was frustrating I mean I did park in front of the overheads and talked to an adviser - then when I did they didn't know why I brought my car in? That was frustrating I mean I did park in front of the overheads and my plate in on the car and I'm in the system. Also I was told I was over on my miles for the oil change, when your dealership just installed a new motor. then I got a oh yeah you don't need a oil change. and lastly when I picked up my car the low air pressure light was on. Don't you check air pressure in you multi point inspection? Very not cool. More

It seemed as soon as I signed on the dotted line for my brand new car there was a shift in how I was treated. I felt they didn't care. The inside of the car was not ported, had to go back to get the extra brand new car there was a shift in how I was treated. I felt they didn't care. The inside of the car was not ported, had to go back to get the extra key fob and the finance manager got a little to cocky. However when I mentioned his attitude he backed up in his lane. I felt I was of no value after I signed. I always had great service and respect when dealing with different dealers. I won't be returning to this dealer, not even for an oil change! More
