This was an awful experience from start to finish. The dealership kept my car for 17 days and did not stay in contact with me to keep me updated on the repair. No repair was even done to my vehicle. After a week, I called for an update and was told the part was installed but there were still fault codes. The following week, I was told that no repair was done at all. The fix that I needed was currently unavailable with no estimated availability. That information could have been communicated to me two weeks before. Absolutely terrible customer service. More

Well, after my car was held hostage for a diagnosis' for a week and a half… with phone calls that were not responded to. I went in person to find my car was not there and a part “they were waiting for from a week and a half… with phone calls that were not responded to. I went in person to find my car was not there and a part “they were waiting for from Thursday to the following Saturday, had just arrived that morning? Promised my car would be available Monday for pick up… absolutely no communication. Mind you, they are up to date with text messages and online observations. Even videos. By the following Wednesday I was fed up and very, very angry. There were miscellaneous shop costs of $19.99 added on factory recalls for “shop supplies”. After going completely defcon 17 on the poor girl who answered the phone… the service manager called me personally and apologized. He offered to waive all charges, which I was fully willing to pay… but he waived them for my experience. For this reason only I give them this rating. It doesn’t give me back the almost two weeks of pay (I’m an Amazon Flex driver.) but for his effort alone… I will give them this. Lack of communication, lack of management and accountability needs to be addressed. $85 for windshield wipers that are new? $20 to wrap my window in blue tape? They estimated $2,700. My personal mechanic is doing everything for $800. I am in the market for a new personal car. If I come back and they have the same service manager, I will consider. More
