Came in for a quick tire repair, inspection and alignment. My appointment was at 10:30 and it took over 3 hours. Took 6 weeks to get work done. Called over 8 times trying to get updates and no one knew anything about it. Called and asked several times without getting the promised "we will call back when we figure out what part was ordered and what is needed". Ended up calling again and requesting a supervisor and getting upset to get the ball rolling and suddenly it was scheduled and completed in days. What is going on at this dealership? More
