Rosen Hyundai Greenfield responded

We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. The vehicle was received with reported issues of intermittent stalling and difficulty starting. During our inspection, we also discovered that the left rear window was stuck in the open position and advised the customer accordingly. As a courtesy, we applied a crash wrap to secure the window at no additional cost. Given this, the origin of the $20.00 charge for the window wrap is unclear, as no such line item appears on the estimate. We do apologize for the lack of elevated communication. This will be addressed with our staff as we take your input and customer satisfaction very seriously.
