I was a little disappointed with the 3 week time period it took to take care of my 2024 Hyundai Tucson, but when I went to finally pick it up, the service person tried to tell me that the EGR valve was a s it took to take care of my 2024 Hyundai Tucson, but when I went to finally pick it up, the service person tried to tell me that the EGR valve was a small part, but very difficult to install and difficult to get the part. So, I accepted the explanation, but still think that if this EGR valve is an issue, they should have the part readily available. More

Service writer was nice but seemed like she was not fully trained. The driver taking me to and from my appointment was very nice and friendly. This is a lack of quality control by the dearlership. More
