After threaten to take us to court, put a lien on the SUV or cancel the deal, we agreed to return the SUV. On the way to the dealership, they called, admitting they made a mistake, & we could keep the SUV. With all the mistakes from not knowing where the second key was, not taking time to show us all the features, the error by the sales manager, the error of the financial manager not finding it, all the other errors he made, and the rude & threatening treatment from the general manager, I will never ever go to that dealership again. When we contacted the owner of the dealership, told them what had happen, they apologized, & said that if we had any issues with the SUV, to contact them directly. More
