Jamal's lack of professionalism (rude, defiant, argumentative, lack of knowledge) was unmatched by any other serviceman in my life. He'd say he'd call and wouldn't; he'd get on the phone and make up stories about parts being there, schedule an appointment for me, but when I got there, blamed others for the part missing (went on for months!) until finally I was so frustrated from being given the run-around and having to climb through my passenger door to reach in to unlock my driver's door that I was reduced to tears. I truly believe Jamal has learned to cover up his mistakes by making excuses. DON'T BUY FROM THIS LOCATION - ESPECIALLY IF JAMAL STILL WORKS THERE! More
