Great Sales experience I had a lease on a Nissan Rogue from a dealer in Milw. The lease was expiring in another month and I preferred to do business in the Madison area. I stopped in and talked to Keith Norris about my options. He walked me through my choices and told me I could do business locally. Keith was great and gave me the information I needed. I went home looked up my information and an hour later I called him back to tell him I would purchase through him. Keith was good. He did what I asked and guided me through the process. In the end, I saved a trip to Milw. The next day, I purchased the vehicle. I had an appt at 1:00. Keith was ready but the finance team was not. I had to wait for over an hour in order to give Rosen my check. My one criticism is for the back end process to be better aligned with the sales team. More

I recommend the Service Center but not Sales I love the Service department. They are so nice and helpful and always keep me informed. Well I had a difficult situation but they never kept in contact with me. Ran my credit the first time I went in, 4 times!! Never gave my permission for that. After I complained, they ran it more. But NEVER contacted me! Again, service center is wonderful but I will never buy a car there, ever. More
