Never work with you on what you want Push Used on you I have tried to purchase a new Nissan from Rosen on a few occasions and every single time they try to push a used vehicle on me. And they don't ask i I have tried to purchase a new Nissan from Rosen on a few occasions and every single time they try to push a used vehicle on me. And they don't ask if I am interested in a used vehicle, they just say I will be back and push a piece of paper in front of me saying. I found this used vehicle for you. And each time the used vehicle is older than the vehicle I am trading in. Why would I want to trade in a vehicle that is older than the one I am currently driving? They have no customer service and don't listen to their customers. The only reason I keep trying to purchase from them is because they are so close to my home. I have always found a dealership that will work with me and get me in a vehicle I want. I have purchased a new vehicle every 3 years for the last 12 years. Always start at Rosen.... You think I would have learned by now. More

We thought we had a price but they changed it the day we were going to sign.. They so had no clue on how titles for cars work since 2012..tried to charge us.. So we went back to Rosen Kia and talked to John Bappert and Don.. We got to the price we wanted and some extras.. John, Don and Edgin are awesome ... We will never go anywhere else... .. We know they are trying to make money them selves but they couldn't have been nicer to us.. There is a reason we personally have bought 9 cars from them...
