We drove from Green Bay to get the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. It was well worth the trip. We arrived and Nate had the vehicle ready to go for a test drive. appointment took too long I got to the dealership at 4:30 to have my oil change and to have my radio looked at. When I got there, I wanted my wipers changed, and I asked them I got to the dealership at 4:30 to have my oil change and to have my radio looked at. When I got there, I wanted my wipers changed, and I asked them to check why the wipers were rubbing on the hood. I was told 1 hour. I watched the mechanic change the oil and then for 20 minutes my car was left un-attended. At 545 the service receptionist came out and said they were going to update my radio software and it would be another 15 minutes. 30 minutes later she came out and said it was done but I would need to make another appt to have my wipers adjusted because they ran out of time(dealership closing) total time was 2 hourss More
