He bent over backwards to get me the vehicle I wanted at a price that was in my budget . It was a wonderful experience from sales to finance , everyone was friendly and helpful . I liked the car and requested if price could be negotiated, Nancy explained me it will not be possible and she requested to meet her manager. I met the manager and he brought down $250 for me which i really appreciated. I agreed to buy the car and he presented the agreement to me, i noticed that he added additional $200 in it for the service done on the car. Well, he should have informed me about it before putting up the agreement. As i really liked the car i did not mind about it and bought the car. After couple of days i collected the car from dealership but forgot to collect the spare key, its been 2 weeks i having following up but no luck. I was told that they will locate the key and let me know but after 2 weeks i get a response, that i would have to buy a new one. They should have informed me before buying the car that i would have to buy spare key from them. This is cheating, 2nd key comes by default with the car. ************************************************************************************************ Faith from Rossen Nissan helped getting my concerns addressed. I appreciate her effort. My new rating is for her efforts/work. Also, I want thank you dealerrater.com who made my voice heard. More

I decided this was a good time to stop in, as my car coasted to its final resting spot, in the driveway of the Rosen Kia dealership...I walked in and met Josh Bohlman. Josh was great...he helped me through all my questions and indecisiveness...and was able to send me home with a loaner car! The next day I picked up my new 2015 Sorento. More

I brough I bought a brand new car from Rosen. A few months down the road I started to see "rust spots". I had also gotten into a little fender bender. I brought it back, not happily and pretty upset about the rust. They took care of everything! Turns out it wasn't rust so it was a nice easy fix. They also recommended a place to have my fender bender fixed. Great prices. Had it fixed and my sister in law reversed into my car. Brought it in to another collision place to get fixed where my paint from the previous fender bender started peeling off. Called the guys at Rosen and they are taking care of the paint. No hassles. Everyone has been really great and accommodating. We have bought two cars from them and would recommend Rosen to everyone. Thanks for all your help! More
Traded in vehicle to lease a vehicle Refreshing great car dealer experience! Grabbed first person I saw in lot, which turned out to be Jeff Rosen. Told him what I needed, which was a real Refreshing great car dealer experience! Grabbed first person I saw in lot, which turned out to be Jeff Rosen. Told him what I needed, which was a real long shot (a lot for low paymentts, without money down etc). He asked if I liked the Nissan I was trading in, I told him I loved it just couldn't afford the monthly payments following recent Divorce and move...He crunched numbers, (1 time-NOT BACK AND FORTH BACK AND FORTH LIKE PAST EXPERIENCES OTHER PLACES), and came out saying I'll put you in brand new, upgraded version-any color I wanted, for within $10 of what I was asking for! And with a month delayed payment to help further still. The rest was a smooth, quick, friendly, no pressure transaction with sales woman Madelyn, then Don in Finance. Absolutely amazed at how I was treated and the deal I got! Mary C More
Not happy with Service Department very rude and no customer When I first bought my Nissan Rouge 2012 brand new from Rosen Nissan I was told Mobil 1 fully synthetic oil would be best for my car which goes for 7 When I first bought my Nissan Rouge 2012 brand new from Rosen Nissan I was told Mobil 1 fully synthetic oil would be best for my car which goes for 7000 miles between oil change. I have been doing fully synthetic oil change since I bought my car. last month I get free oil change coupon from Rosen Nissan and when I make an appointment to take my car they told me they did not had time to inspect brakes and overall inspection as I only have free oil change coupon. And on top of everything now they are telling me that this free oil change coupon I had in the mail only gets me conventional motor oil which only goes 3000 miles and my car only needs conventional motor oil. So when I am paying for the oil change according to Nissan my car needs synthetic blend and when I have free oil change coupon then my car only need conventional oil? Not happy with Service Department very rude and no customer satisfaction. Update: Faith from Rosen Nissan did reached out to me to answer my questions given I am never going to Rosen again but I do appreciate her time and consideration for free oil change. More
Frustrating encounter with a sales guy when trying to buy an accessory for our car. We went to the dealership for it because we wanted to use our reward points, which we couldn't find a way to use buying onl an accessory for our car. We went to the dealership for it because we wanted to use our reward points, which we couldn't find a way to use buying online and the Rosen guy told us on the phone before we came that we could use the points there. When we got there, he couldn't explain why the dealership price was >$20 more than on their website. He also had no clue how to apply our Nissan rewards points or even if we could actually use them or not. He kept saying it was because the program was new, but it's at least 6 mos old (probably older) since it was in place when we bought our car in June... We'd had a good experience buying from them so I'd like to think it was just this guy this time and that the dealership as a whole isn't so bad. More
We purchased our 2013 Altima from Rosen back in summer 2013. We had done some car shopping near our home (~1.5 hours from Milwaukee), including looking at Altimas at a local Nissan dealer. However, our lo 2013. We had done some car shopping near our home (~1.5 hours from Milwaukee), including looking at Altimas at a local Nissan dealer. However, our local dealer didn't have the exact model (color/features) we were interested in. They said they could look for one at other nearby dealers and have it brought in for us, but when they called back with the information for the car they found, the price seemed rather high compared to what we'd been seeing at their own dealership and online at other dealerships and Kelley Bluebook, etc. So we did some searching online and found a listing for a similar car at Rosen Nissan in Milwaukee. I called Rosen for more info on the listed car. It turned out it wasn't quite what we were looking for either, but the sales guy I was talking to (Jim) was heads up enough to gleen what details I was interested in (without my actually listing them) and to suggest that they could get the right car in within a day or so. He was also willing to negotiate with me over the phone and we were able to come to an agreement on price that I was comfortable with and was much lower than the price quoted by our local dealer. So they brought in the car, with the understanding that if the car wasn't exactly what he'd said it was or there was something 'wrong' with it by our judgment we didn't have to buy it. We drove 1.5 hours to check out the car and it was indeed just as he said it was so we ended up purchasing the car. That alone is enough for us to say we had a pretty good experience with Rosen. But there is more. We wanted to transfer plates from the car we were replacing (which was still at home - we'd driven our 2nd car to Milwaukee), but somehow managed to forget to bring the plates with us to put onto the new car. That meant that we couldn't drive the new car home that day (a Saturday) since they couldn't let us take it without plates. Great. We were thinking that'd mean we would have to go home without our new car and figure out when we could get back there with the plates so we could drive our new car home. BUT, the guy at Rosen was AWESOME in this situation! Our sales guy (Kevin I think? I talked to Jim on the phone but he didn't handle the sale) said we could take one of their rentals - no charge, not even for gas - until he could bring the new car to our house, 1.5 hrs away, on Monday - for no charge - and he'd drive the rental back to Milwaukee - all so we wouldn't have to make an extra trip back ourselves to pick up our car. Wow! We were very impressed with this whole ordeal. Way more than we expected. Monday came and the guy showed up with our car right when he said he would, and even put our plates onto the car for us. It was a good experience. More
Madelyn Newman was my well-informed and friendly salesperson. After I indicated the car (4 cylinder, 4 door sedan) I wanted, she explained all the features and positive performance of the Nissan Alt salesperson. After I indicated the car (4 cylinder, 4 door sedan) I wanted, she explained all the features and positive performance of the Nissan Altima 2.5. We walked the lot together so I could chose the exterior and interior car colors I preferred. Appearance besides performance is important to me. Madelyn explained the Nissan safety features. I specifically was looking for a car with the safety tech package and leather interior. Madelyn helped me with the process of turning in my Toyota lease auto to purchase the 2013 Nissan Altima at Rosen Nissan. She did an excellent explanation of all the features upon delivery of my new car, showed me the service dept. and assured me that if I had any future questions, she would be available to assist me. I will recommend Madelyn Newman and Rosen Nissan to any and all of my friends and family who plan to buy or lease a car. Nancy Moews More
