I would be in Milwaukee to drop a friend at the airport and decided to get a needed oil change on the way home. After checking internet coupon deals I thought the Rosen "total package" would do nicely. It and decided to get a needed oil change on the way home. After checking internet coupon deals I thought the Rosen "total package" would do nicely. It included oil and filter, various inspections,tire rotation, fluid top off, and car wash. All went well at the dealership until it was time to leave and I found the tires I had marked at home had not changed position. The service writer apologized, said the tech must have missed the "package" deal on the paperwork due to the high volume of the day, and offered up two future oil changes for my troubles. Sorry, still smells like scam to me. More

I purchased a 2012 Nissan Versa in November 2012 for my daughter. She loves the car. In January 2013 I again chose Madelyn; maybe it's because I am female and I feel more comfortable with a 'deal' from a woman. Jeff Rosen stopped by while we were talking; great guy. This is a dealership I will go back to again and again. I will tell anyone who wants a car to go to Rosen. Can't say enough good things about Rosen! More
I have already given very high praise to the sales team and based on that experience alone it would bring me back for my next new car. First, even though this write up will list some failures, the end and based on that experience alone it would bring me back for my next new car. First, even though this write up will list some failures, the end result far exceeded my expectations. I wanted to take this negative situation and show how important customers are to Rosen. I am not going to go into specific details, but it boils down to 4 service visits where I left the dealership extremely unhappy. All the issues I had were with a very unfriendly employee not ordering parts like they were supposed too, and poor workmanship which caused further service visits. I would like to point out the employee who really was the main culprit in my service failures is no longer an employee at Rosen! I would also like to make a point to say that David, Bob and Tom all tried their hardest to rectify the whole situation that was created. They went above and beyond to try and fix the situation to make sure I left happy. Here is the most surprising thing of this whole situation. It's surprising because I have never experienced this from any other dealership in my years of purchasing new cars and dealing with dealer service departments. I was sitting in my office and my cell phone rang. I answered and it was Jeff Rosen himself to discuss my issues in the service department. This was not a rushed conversation and he was genuinely sincere and seemed somewhat embarrassed that I had so many issues with his service department. Without going into specifics, Jeff made sure I was taken care of. Knowing that an owner truly cares that much about the end result and the perception his customers have of his dealership completely took me by surprise. Life isn't perfect and things happen! It's what someone does to rectify the situation that matters! For that, I will always go back to Rosen Nissan! Matt Milwaukee More
I took my son Corey in to look into buying him his very first(mostly) new car. From the moment we stepped into Rosen Nissan we were greeted by Patrick. After owning Toyotas since 1990, subsequently being dissapointed in their workmanship as of late and the particular West Allis dealership that I frequent, I decided it was time to 'try another automobi dissapointed in their workmanship as of late and the particular West Allis dealership that I frequent, I decided it was time to 'try another automobile brand.' I didn't take this lightly; after all, I have vocally cheerleaded Toyota since 1990. That has changed. I read in the 2012 Consumer Reports that the Nissan Versa was a very good automobile and I decided in November 2012 to try it. I walked into the Rosen dealership and was immediately taken care of; everyone was VERY helpful and seeing to it that I meet up with my salesperson, Madelyn Newman, whom I arranged a meeting (last minute, may I add) via the Nissan website. I felt Madelyn was totally professional, understanding and very, very accommodating to work with me with the purchase of a Nissan Versa. I explained I was going to surprise my daughter with a graduation present of the Versa, and told Madelyn how I wanted to go about surprising my daughter. I met Jeff Rosen who was so wonderful to talk with, and after discussing with me whether to sell my old vehicle or trade it in into Rosen, Jeff and Madelyn negotiated a price that was very acceptable for my 2001 Toyota Rav4. Madelyn then processed the paperwork, located the Onyx blue Versa I was looking for, called me immediately when she found it, and the rest is Rosen history. I really, really, REALLY appreciate the unpretentiousness of this dealership. As I have stated, I have been a LOYAL Toyota owner and have only dealt with a large dealership in West Allis, Wisconsin since 1990. This Toyota dealership has disappointed me, i.e., feeling like a 'tiny' cog in a wheel in their operation and too many other issues that I won't go into. This is a "I LOVE ROSEN REVIEW!" Rosen has a very customer-oriented mindset. Works for me! I, as a customer, feel like I'm important there. I believe one should, with buying a car; a very big purchase. Madelyn provided me with excellent customer service. Jeff Rosen came out personally to see me during the sales process. E. Fejzoski went through the financing with me when I picked up the Versa. Madelyn thoroughly went over the car with me, and before I drove away, had a checklist to go through to make sure I knew the car's 'bells and whistles'. I also wanted bumper side strips put on the car; that was handled in the most timely manner of one week (from ordering the part, to having the service person apply them to the car - in a shocking short amount of time - 20 minutes!!!). All in all, just an amazing car buying experience! When my other Toyota's time is up, I am DEFINITELY heading back to Rosen for another Nissan! I hope it's soon! More
Salesman, Andrew told us everything about the features of the SUV and more. That is what sold me. A SUV that had every thing I needed and didn't know I wanted. Love it. Normally I am strictly a Chevy man, but after seeing the ads for the Nissan Altima I thought I would check it out. First, I would like to say, we have purchased 4 new cars from Rosen Nissan in the last 12 months. The whole experience with this dealership has been exceptional. For all 4 purchases, we have worked with Charlie, Rico and Kathy in finance. I personally have purchased many new cars over the last 22 years and I have NEVER met or dealt with such a phenomenal group of sales/finance people. Every time I've been at the dealership for whatever reason, they always make it a point to say hello and ask how I'm doing and how everything is going. In my years of buying new cars (this latest is new car #11), I have never had such a great experience from any dealership, which also includes another local Nissan Dealer to compare with. Because of the treatment and overall buying experience given to me by Charlie, Rico and Kathy, they have gained a life long repeat customer! We have purchased 5 new vehicles from the Rosen family of dealerships over the last 4 years. Every experience has been a good one. We have always been treated with respect. There is always some negotiating involved, but every deal has been handled fairly with Rosen- and considering we purchase so often, our trade-in value has proven how fairly we have been treated with every purchase. Jeff Rosen is an extremely active owner- he is available to answer questions and he personally put together the last deal we made (though it was across state lines at a Rosen Mazda Waukegan dealership in Illinois.) Waukegan was just as pleasant to deal with as Rosen Nissan was. We service all of our vehicles with Rosen as well- the service department is just as pleasant to deal with as new car sales.
