My first experience with Rosen was with the company's owner, Jeff Rosen. He took the time to return a telephone call from a family vacation to put me in touch with Jim Olsson. Within a short period of time, Jim found the exact car that I wanted at a price that Rosen's competitors could not come close to. I met Jim in person on Saturday, January 8, when I picked up the car. Jim went over every detail with the car, and I signed off on the paperwork. I was impressed with the personal service that I received from all of the Rosen folks that assisted me in the purchase of my Maxima. I could not have been more pleased. This is my third new car from Rosen. I bought two Kia's and now I have a Nissan. I would go back. I like the fact that they are located in my backyard and the free car wash every Sat. When I needed warranty work on my Kia they looked up my extended warranty that I had bought because I lost all the paperwork and I only had to pay the deductible. That's good service. More

Took way too long to purchase the car. With having a Nissan discount and incentive in hand we knew exactly what it would cost but it still took over 3 hrs to purchase. We got there thinking this was the only and best dealer to get a good priced, reliable vehicle. We were recommended by my mother and friends. We walked out of there with a new car to test drive. It seemed as for the process took a bit long because it was over the week and we needed to wait on bank for approval. At the end of the day we have the car we fell in love with. I thought it was a dream or something…WE LOVE OUR NEW CAR AND THANK THE ONES WHO HELPED US TO STAY IN IT! More

We asked for a 2nd key 3 times. Not till after we signed papers they said no 2nd key. Rosen had on the paperwork that the truck was supposed to have manufactures warranty left. We had a couple of issues that the original warranty would fix. Took it to the dealership and found out it expired 2 mos. before. They were to paint 2 parts on the front bumper at a reputable bodyshop. They gave us an address of a good bodyshop. We were going to drop it off. When we went out to the truck, we found out they were going to take it to some 3rd rate down a dirt road shop with junk cars in the parking lot. We were over charged for registration. Didn't receive a refund till we went back 2 weeks later. Received a $42 parking ticket in mail 2 mos. later. It was from a month earlier when Rosen still had the Cadillac. We had to go down to the Sheriffs Office downtown Milwaukee with the paperwork and old lic. plates to show we didn't own the car at that time. They said it had Rosen plates on it but the car was still registered in our name and plate #. More
