Services Took my car in for transmission replacement. The services was terrible from the services department to reception: lack communication, no follow up calls , rude fill in reception (Stephanie). I was totally disappointed. The services dept completed the work never informed me that my car was ready. They just gave one excuse after another. I was confused I was initially told my car (transmission) would be ready in two days. I thought I was going to get a loaner and after the rude services was told my car was ready. I was never informed that my car was ready and the services-men had left for the day. They don't offer maintenance services due to customers refusal. This is my second purchase and has had several referral. Not sure about my future purchases or recommendations. More
