replace D.R. tire, mount and balance I have been very satisfied with the service advisors; the most recent being Ryan Brown. But for whatever reason the hub caps are not put back proper I have been very satisfied with the service advisors; the most recent being Ryan Brown. But for whatever reason the hub caps are not put back properly when having tires replaced, rotated, etc. This is the second time that I have lost a hub cap, having to buy a new cap the first time. This time I was able to retrieve hub cap because of a kind driver who let me know it had come off. Would appreciate mechanics check king this more closely when working on tires. More
Rosen never gave us expensive part they replaced Although Chris (in service) was friendly to speak with, he did not get the old part returned to us. It cost us $1000 to replace a $666 (steering lock control unit) part that was not covered by the 10 year warranty. We definitely wanted the old part to see what cost so much. But it was never returned to us. Chris had a family emergency to deal with and no one covered for him in his absence even though we specifically spoke with others there and told them we wanted the part. This definitely caused us to lose trust and credibility in this service department. We will think twice before we take our Maxima there again! More
appointment took too long I got to the dealership at 4:30 to have my oil change and to have my radio looked at. When I got there, I wanted my wipers changed, and I asked them I got to the dealership at 4:30 to have my oil change and to have my radio looked at. When I got there, I wanted my wipers changed, and I asked them to check why the wipers were rubbing on the hood. I was told 1 hour. I watched the mechanic change the oil and then for 20 minutes my car was left un-attended. At 545 the service receptionist came out and said they were going to update my radio software and it would be another 15 minutes. 30 minutes later she came out and said it was done but I would need to make another appt to have my wipers adjusted because they ran out of time(dealership closing) total time was 2 hourss More
Above and Beyond I would like to say a great big thanks to Joe Valdez. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We had a problem with our new 2016 KIA Spor I would like to say a great big thanks to Joe Valdez. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We had a problem with our new 2016 KIA Sportage. The gas gauge was sticking. We wanted to trade it in. He took car of it for us. He looked into different options for us. But we could not afford to sell it and get another car. So he said about getting it fixed. And said that there service is very great at fixing it right thr first time. Then he stated if not then by the lemon law if it has to come in 3 times to get it fixed, then we could get a new car. And for the inconvenience, he gave us a free full detail of our car in the spring. Which was like 1 $200.00 value. Thanks so much Joe. More

I have No Words to express the kindness that I recieved from everyone.. The guy that does the coffee machine.. Was extremely nice.. Made fresh coffee just for me! The guy that gave me the renter car was just amazing!My job couldn't believe I didn't have to miss work.. Because the staff at Rosen made sure I had a car.. AWESOME JOB!! More
Not happy with Service Department very rude and no customer When I first bought my Nissan Rouge 2012 brand new from Rosen Nissan I was told Mobil 1 fully synthetic oil would be best for my car which goes for 7 When I first bought my Nissan Rouge 2012 brand new from Rosen Nissan I was told Mobil 1 fully synthetic oil would be best for my car which goes for 7000 miles between oil change. I have been doing fully synthetic oil change since I bought my car. last month I get free oil change coupon from Rosen Nissan and when I make an appointment to take my car they told me they did not had time to inspect brakes and overall inspection as I only have free oil change coupon. And on top of everything now they are telling me that this free oil change coupon I had in the mail only gets me conventional motor oil which only goes 3000 miles and my car only needs conventional motor oil. So when I am paying for the oil change according to Nissan my car needs synthetic blend and when I have free oil change coupon then my car only need conventional oil? Not happy with Service Department very rude and no customer satisfaction. Update: Faith from Rosen Nissan did reached out to me to answer my questions given I am never going to Rosen again but I do appreciate her time and consideration for free oil change. More
I recently took the family Nissan Altima in for an oil change and did not have an appointment. When I entered the service area I was greeted by a smiling service attendant that promptly got me checked in change and did not have an appointment. When I entered the service area I was greeted by a smiling service attendant that promptly got me checked in. I thought I would have to wait about an hour or more for the service, but much to my delight the car was serviced and given a complementary wash in about thirty minutes. Rosen Nissan is Great! More
This is the dealership I bought my vehicle from and go back for maintenance and other issues from time to time. I had an oil change during which the hood of my car get dented. To add insult to injury, it took me being a friend of someone who worked at the dealership to get it fixed. Suffice it to say, I take it to a trusted mechanic now for my regular maintenance. The person I dealt with was quite rude and they really waste your time and give you the run around. Now, when purchasing the vehicle I bought some extra protection. The department I was dealing with to get some covered repairs handled is uncommunicative and ignore many message. After receiving no response to my queries I asked to get in contact with a manager who is yet to get back to me. Basically they don't want to know you after they take your money. The mechanic staff are often curt and rude and simple emails and messages remain unresponded to. It makes dealing with extremely simple issues time consuming and frustrating. This is my assessment after several interactions. More
