Condescension We added a service package to our car loan. Our warranty also has a stipulation that service must be upkept. The change oil light had not come on yet but should have been close. The vehicle would be spending 3 months out of state. So we scheduled an early appointment to service it as to not void our warranty and to use what we prepaid. The gentlemen who checked the car in proceeded to lecture my husband about it being inappropriate to bring the vehicle in before the light comes on and to lecture him about a vehicles services needs... the whens and the whys. Even after the situation was explain he continued his lecture in a condescending manner. Bottom line is the service light was no more than 2 weeks from going off (by mileage) and we had paid for this service and the warranty depended on it. The car would not have been in town in two weeks when the light came on. The 20 minute argument to get him to check our car in was unnecessary and unprofessional. More
Unable to find the problem but it still exists Went in for an exhaust leak that I can hear when I back it up my driveway you can hear it when you’re standing outside the vehicle. On occasion I smell a little exhaust when the windows are up particularly when the car is hot. They were unable to duplicate it but charge me for looking and I have an extended warranty. Never again will I go here not for new car for service. If I had taken to the Dodge dealership they would not have charged for it only reason I went there is because I bought it from them. More
Fast and efficient. With a few clicks of their inventory on their site, a sales associate called me the next morning to let me know they have a car with the options i was With a few clicks of their inventory on their site, a sales associate called me the next morning to let me know they have a car with the options i was looking for. Informed him that i was just looking and that i was busy all day but i would be in the area later ,only had 5 minutes to lok at it. He said great ,just give him a heads up so he can pull the car up and have it read respecting my time . Arrived at the dealership and there it was . Looked at it ,inside and out thanked him for his time and left. My busy plans fell through so i headed back to take the car on a test drive. Amazing, i wanted this car exactly what i was looking for . He took my info then came back with some possible finance options,agreed on one ,signed for the car i wanted at the price that was listed, with my credit union. Could not have gone smoother. Expensive Had a sensor replaced last year because the check engine light kept turning on for no reason intermittently. So when the light came on again intermitt Had a sensor replaced last year because the check engine light kept turning on for no reason intermittently. So when the light came on again intermittently, I assumed it was a faulty sensor. They charged my $140 to tell me the sensor was not faulty. I had another issues and they would charge me another $140 if I wanted to know what that was. They also do not apply the fee of the diagnostic towards repair or give a break at all. Seems like a lot of money to spend for something that takes 10 minutes of time. But I guess John L Sullivan isn’t a $500 millionaire plus for being ethical. More

Battery replacement! Overall Excellent Job! My vehicle requires that a P/S fender be removed to access and change out the battery. Also, my vehicle requires special handling when putting it on the lift for service. The wrong way, can crumble the door and body panels. So, with that said, I was very happy that care was taken to make sure the car was lifted the correct way, with the right knowledge and tools. More
