Juan was fantastic salesman but the rest of our experience has been nothing but problems (simple things like no car manual, no second key provided at time of purchase). I'm still dealing with issues 1 month after purchase because the vehicle I traded in is still not.funded to pay off. Due to the multiple issues with this purchase, I will not be a returning customer which is unfortunate as we really enjoyed working with Juan. More

Couldn't get me financed. Took back my car and crushed my dreams of purchasing my first new car. Could have done more They found the issue to be my supercharger but their only solution was to bring my truck back to stock and remove all charger components. I wish they would have called Whipple (maker of my supercharger) because they had an easy solution for my problem. I paid $300 for that visit to John L Sullivan with one solution and they wouldn’t even help with that . More
