Yes we got a size truck we were looking for but the finance guy was extremely pushy and did not listen to our concerns. All he cared about was getting the sale.. yes he got the sale but only after he kept coming back with wanting more money down. Then after we took the truck home, we came back to swap out some paperwork and were told again that we needed to put more money down. Ugh.. I finally raised my voice stating again we are not giving you more money and we are keeping the contract the same as it was. If that couldn't happen then give us our original truck back. Miraculously he came back and said the contract would go through with a minor change which didn't matter to us!! I was so aggravated with the entire situation!! Our sales guy Chris Smadi was awesome on the other hand. I don't even know the finance guys name cuz I didn't like him from the beginning. Sleezy car salesman is his name to me!! The only reason I give 4 stars is because of Chris and the customer service we received from the geek squad and parts department was awesome. More
I had an difficult situation with my trade in and credit. My situation was difficult. I spoke to Max the salesman, told him what I was looking for a V6, grey or black with a sunroof. But the numbers didn't work for me. He said let's try a 4 cylinder turbo. I was skeptical, but went along with the idea. Max had a 2018 silver Chevy Malibu. After the test drive, I was sold. The numbers were right for my budget. I'm happy and I will make my future Chevy purchases from John L Sullivan. More

Just more attention to detail I brought my truck in on a recall and they said they reprogrammed it which they didn't so the steering locked up after recall work was supposully fixe I brought my truck in on a recall and they said they reprogrammed it which they didn't so the steering locked up after recall work was supposully fixed .
