John showed me my options and I fell in love with the Chevy Traverse LTZ. Heat is a huge issue with MS patients and this is the only option with air-condition seats! John could see how disappointed I was when I realized that as a teacher with hefty medical bills, I would never be able to afford the new LTZ and gently and positively steered me to the used section where a recent arrival had come in with all of the options I ever dreamed of. Although I could still not buy this car, John sat with me in it and discussed all the great things about it and what to look for in this type of car. The time and care John took with me was really great. Doesn't happen very often when this teacher walks on a car lot. Thanks, John! More

When I first met him I thought he was going to be like your typical pushy salesman but on the contrary, he was really interpersonal. He was helpful and made the waiting process more enjoyable. We ended up talking about where he is from, some of his experiences and shared a lot of laughs. Definitely left their dealership with the car I wanted at the deal I asked for and with a great experience. Yes I did have to wait for some x amount of hours but at no point was I dreading my wait.
