Do yourself a favor and ask for Ron Waite! Ron Waite was such a pleasure to deal with. Trustworthy, kind, patient, and a great sense of humor...he's a keeper :) It took me awhile to make my decision, but he hung in there for me for over 2 months! Ron searched inventory, kept in touch weekly, got me behind many wheels, and patiently waited till we found just the right one--and he helped me negotiate a very fair price and terms. Absolutely still loving my 2013 Equinox, 100 days after purchasing it. With so many car dealership choices out there, it's nice to feel like I was fortunate enough to find someone who I not only felt I could trust, but who I felt I could also refer others to...and someone who I'll come back to for future purchases (this won't be my last Chevy! I had several different calls, texts and emails from different dealerships. John was the only one I responded to. I emailed him my concerns and he assured me that he could work something out for me. All I needed to do was make an appointment and come in. John was patient with me and didn't push for me to come in that day. I was late meeting him and immediately, we started filling out paperwork. Before I knew it, there was a car that fit my needs, signing paperwork and I went home with a new car. John was awesome!!! He wasn't pushy and didn't give me a bunch of BS. Mr. Octavio King took good care of us. Sad that not all Chevrolet Dealers(namely--Team Vallejo) can't be as helpful & knowledgeable as the Roseville dealers. Someone who actually listened to what we wanted & not to just "stick us" with what they want us to "get off their lot". It was worth our drive from Vallejo to Roseville. Great Customer Service is key to helping you achieve your goals you need to meet & making your customers feel valued so there is a bond for future needs! Great Place We drove from Chico to Roseville to visit friends and ended up going by John Sullivan Chevrolet just to look at cars, for fun. We met Ron Waite, our s We drove from Chico to Roseville to visit friends and ended up going by John Sullivan Chevrolet just to look at cars, for fun. We met Ron Waite, our salesman, and had a great time trying out a Chevy Traverse. We looked at four other dealerships over the next two weeks. Meanwhile Ron kept in touch with us via text, regarding vehicles he had in in Roseville. Long story short, we decided to go back to Roseville (John Sullivan) and purchase our Traverse. Ron was awesome. He helped us (after 4.5 hours) decided which Traverse was best for us. The deal was fair and my wife loves the Traverse. The entire Sullivan team was great to work with. I would highly recommend buying a vehicles from them. I'm send all my family that way. More
Lies, Deceit, and Just Plain Rude John L. Sullivan employees misrepresented our contract, lied about the cost of add-ons, lied about what was covered under warranty, and lied when they John L. I still have never received the check I was promised, despite providing all paperwork requested in regards to add-ons I did not purchase. In addition, I have had several issues with my car- none of which turned out to be covered by the $2000 warranty I purchased. Due to suspicion that they actually caused damage to my car during their inspection of it, I refused to have any work done by them. I was treated with no humanity or dignity by Penny Case when I arrived to pick up my car. Her needless attitude and complete lack of customer service made me question how they were still in business. She even snatched my estimate out of my hand and stomped off (in anger?) that she, again, had no answer for my very relevant questions.John L' Sullivan's complete lack of ethics in every step of the car-purchasing business deeply disappoints me. I called in a complaint to Chevrolet themselves, and was fortunate enough to get their okay to keep me on the line while they spoke to Penny Case. She outright lied about conversations that we had had, as well as the the estimate she had given me (for work that was supposed to be covered under warranty). When Chevrolet asked if I could at least get AAA discount under the circumstances that perhaps they had not honored their word, she flat refused. Interstingly enough, I am a AAA customer and should have already been offered that discount. Ms. Case also told me she would review the video of the agreement I had about the warranty when I signed paperwork. Conveniently, that tape couldn't be found. Funny, she was all prepared to "use it against me"; that is until (obviously) it must have shown I was telling the truth. Then, oops, it's gone. She also snapped out on me for "the mistake I made reporting them to Chevrolet" and let me know that "They sold Chevrolet cars, so Chevrolet couldn't tell them how to run John L. Sullivan!!!" This, in fact, may be the only true statement that has come out of Ms. Case's mouth. So, I warn you, stay away from John L. Sullivan; there are plenty of other places to buy Chevrolet, perhaps without the complete lack of ethics. More
