I had questions about a voucher than I was given after having to " jump through hoops" to get it in the first place. He was summoned to answer the questions and was not interested or willing to give me adequate answers. However,he was more than willing to enter into an altercation with me in the middle of the service area in front of other employees and customers. He was rude and unprofessional. At my urging we took our disagreement outside to resolve the issue in private. We parted ways with a promise from him to call me back concerning a fair quote for my vehicle. That was about a month ago and I am still waiting for his call. I won't be coming back to John L Sullivan any time soon for service or new vehicle purchases. More

He was extremely professional in his knowledge and treated us like we were the only customers there. Also at the clinic we had questions about our registration which we hadn.t received since Jan. Joy said that she would check into it and would let us know the next day when we came in.
