To make things convenient for me he went to your dealership in Marysville and drove the Astro van to RSVL that very day so I could test drive it. I saw it a mere 3 hours after my initial call and wound up negotiating a pice I was happy with. As I drove it home the "service engine" light went on and I was able to bring it back the next day to have the issue taken are of. I came into John L Sullivan on a busy saturday and knew right away who I would be working with after several email responses. From the beginning I had a good feeling about Byron Agullar. I went to the reception area and he was paged, he greeted me with a very friendly non pushy attitude. I knew exactly what I was looking for and he took me right to that vehicle, we test drove it and I bought it. I'm the type that does not want to look at car after car, since I already knew what I was looking for, it was so refreshing that I only had to test drive one car and be done with it. Byron made it so easy for me because I really don't have a lot of free time. We negotiated on a few things and even at that point he was not pushy. I believe it was a win win situation. I got the vehicle I was looking for after many searches and he made a sale. The sales agents all gave up on me once they seen I had no credit..made going to John L. Sullivan, and let me tell you, it was a complete nightmare! The sales agents all gave up on me once they seen I had no credit..made me feel like I was wasting their time. Then I went to John L. Sullivan and met with John Miller, who right off the bat was very professional and friendly. I explained to him my situation and he was not only willing, but determined to get me the car I wanted to buy. He was honest with me, never promised me anything, but did reassure me that I wouldn't leave with something that I wasn't happy with. It didn't feel like he was trying to just sell me any car only to make a deal. It felt like he was in my shoes trying to go for the car I wanted ! He also made sure my boyfriend and I were comfortable, gave us complimentary drinks while we waited through the long process.
