We went to John L Sullivan after finding a truck we had been looking for online. We called first coming from so far away to make sure the truck was in excellent condition. John went out of his way to send us personally photos he had taken of the truck for us and sent them over quickly. We decided to take the two hours drive to see the truck. It was exactly as John described to us. We had a problem with the truck listing that it had a keyless start and onstar but to our surprise it did not when we got there. John went in to the office and made us a deal to get one as soon as possible. Then we went for the test drive. As to our surprise we did not just go a couple of miles but jumped on the freeway and he said just turn around when you would like. The finance manager worked with me to give me a fair price for my 22 year old trade in and reasonably negotiated the price of the vehicle. I went to John to buy a used truck. Everything was great except that I was not sure that the bed of the truck would be long enough to haul lumber in easily. John went and got me a tape measure. He couldn't find any so he took me across the street in the truck to the hardware store where we tested it out with some actual lumber. Satisfied taht the truck would work for me, we went back to the dealership and closed the deal. John and his team were very professional, friendly and efficient. More

I am almost 60 years of age and have bought or leased several cars. This experience at Sullivan's Chevrolet, and especially to the awesome customer service experience with John Miller was way above my ex several cars. I have challenging credit issues, yet he was able to secure a loan for me and do so with a reasonable down payment and monthly payments and find a car that fit my needs perfectly. Plus, he is the most personable salesperson I have ever met in any industry. I was made to feel that I always was in control and had options, and never pressured. I purchased a used car thru their Internet sales program. I arrived to the dealership and the car I wanted was not the correct color. He showed me the car and it was more than I expected. I purchased the car that day. During the final sale it was written in that I was to bring the car back in because there was an issue with the dash lights. I was unable to bring the car back in for 4 months. Not only did they not hassle me for taking so long, they provided me with a rental car while the repair was being completed. The car I purchased was not a Chevy, so they sent it to the proper dealership for the repair. In today's times most people once they get your money they are done with you. They went above the call of normal duty if you ask me . Their Service Department is so professional. The woman service writer, Jeri Miller, was knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of and my car was correctly fixed. I cannot praise John Sullivan enough. If you are looking for a new or used car I would highly recommend John Sullivan. The services I received, even though the car I purchased was not a Chevy, goes to show they do stand behind their word. The entire process was professional and painless.
