Maintence package??? xxx I had purchase the maintenance package for my 2016 Silverado for $600 plus and was told it covered oil changes up to 60,000. Apparently it only cove I had purchase the maintenance package for my 2016 Silverado for $600 plus and was told it covered oil changes up to 60,000. Apparently it only covers 4 oil changes???? WHAT THE xxxx!!!! Why would I spend $600 plus on a package for 4 oil changes? Especially when I can do them myself for about 30 bucks a piece. I was trying to save myself a headache and the time.... BUT NO. When trying to talk to the infamous finance guy that made they deal, they did show until 8 and my oil change was already done. The service guy was helpful and stated this happens all the time. ONCE AGAIN: WHY IN THE xxxx would I spend 600 plus on a maintenance package for 4 oil changes. I know for a fact that the finance guy said for up to 60,000 miles. I am military and do not lie!!! This was xxxxxxxx and will not be buying or using John L Sullivan for future vehicle purchases. Already blasted this on my social media and to my military friends. Funny that many have ran into the same issue within the same dealership!!!! More

As advertised... but not delivered The vehicle I purchased was advertised with remote keyless entry, but upon delivery it did not have it and after asking I was told no.
