I would now!!! Our first visit to John L Sullivan was not a very pleasant experience. While we were looking at a vehicle with a very professional salesman named Matt Our first visit to John L Sullivan was not a very pleasant experience. While we were looking at a vehicle with a very professional salesman named Matt another salesman came over and tore the price off the front window right in front of us. He said the vehicle was priced wrong and would not sell us the vehicle for the advertised price. We were shocked, confused, mad etc........ 5 weeks later and we receive a very unexpected call from the same salesman named Matt. He told us that another vehicle had come in that we may be interested in. He said he was still very embarrassed about what happened to us and would try everything he could to make this vehicle worth our return trip to John L. Sullivan. We had already purchased a new car thru another dealership so we really were not in the market anymore. My husband went over to see this vehicle and loved it!!! Once I went over to see the vehicle I loved it also. We bought the vehicle at the price we wanted for the first vehicle we were looking at 5 weeks prior. We honestly would not have even taken a look at this vehicle if it wasn't for Matt being such a professional and easy person to work with. He went the extra mile to make it right and we rewarded his hard by purchasing a vehicle from him. Thank goodness there are still some hard working, pleasant salesman in the car industry. Not pleased For starters I have a 2017 Silverado. I took it in for service they do not fill windshield washer reservoir, they do not wash your vehicle . I have 2 For starters I have a 2017 Silverado. I took it in for service they do not fill windshield washer reservoir, they do not wash your vehicle . I have 21000 miles a rodent ate through my antenna cable under the hood . Due to what they make the cable wire cover out of . After research I found that this is happening a lot because they use soy to make the insulation of wire which attracts rodents. This should be warranted but is not wanting me to pay over 500 dollars to replace it instead of making GM warranty it for a valuable customer . To the JLS brand Toyota and Chevrolet More
Told me to leave after I didn't want with done by them I had brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic and later was called asking if I wanted to have it continued because the work would be expensive and the I had brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic and later was called asking if I wanted to have it continued because the work would be expensive and they didn't want to waste there time by continuing so I of course said continue as I just spent $300 for them to do a diagnostic when they later found the out the complete the mechanic was awesome to work with and talk to but after he left I had to deal with the service lady was completely rude and not nice to work with and after I had ask for a total and was told 9 grand to fix I kindly declined and said I'd send a tow truck to pick up and once I reached to dealership to pay for the services they done the service advisor was rude enough to make a remark and say how I was inconsiderate to have them do the "dirty work of figuring out the issue to only have the truck towed to another shop to have them do it cheaper" I kindly let her know I'll be doing the work my self and that I just can't fork out 9 grand for two parts to be replaced More
