Worst customer service ever I will never buy a vehicle from John L Sullivan again because of their horrible service department. Twice now, Mark has tried to overcharge me. He’s rude, has 0 customer service skills and tries to take advantage of customers. Each time I go in for a scheduled appointment, it’s completely unorganized , no one knows what’s going on, I get quoted something different from multiple people, and I end up waiting 30 minutes just to drop off my truck - for a simple oil change service. Because of this, I won’t buy a vehicle from them again. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere and you should too - unless you like getting taken advantage of and treated poorly after buying a $55K vehicle. More

HONEST & Helpful Went in for an oil/filter change and happened to mention once in a while that when it was cold "Click-Click" when trying to start. Being know to the service folks, been doing business there for years, he brought the new Service Manager over and in introduced me. Short story, tested the battery and checked connections free. Test showed battery in sad shape ( it was 5 years old) so offered to sell me one (of course) and install free. I declined and he said "Understand". Departed and thought it over as Costo less expensive for batteries but returned and had them install one. Yes, more expensive, but was once again impressed with honest and correct analysis . More

No pressure and very relaxed atmosphere I walked in at 630PM purposely to avoid the high pressure sales and knowing they would not have time to put me in a new car. Funnily enough, they did! I enjoyed my salesman’s approach and it was really more about going through the paces with checking on my trade in and penciling out the deal. In the end I got a price $500 below where I was anticipating and kept my original car for a private transaction with my smog check mechanic instead. I have bought new cars from local Subaru, Dodge, and Honda dealers and so I was quite jaded by those experiences. John L Sullivan treated me very well and basically made this the best new car buying experience I have had. I love my new Chevy Bolt too, it’s a great car. The box of cookies was a very nice touch and came across as sincere. I highly recommend them and will recommend them to friends and family. More
