Please confirm receipt of this email and your forwarding it to Justin. Joyce did give us a gas card. Which with our H-1 Hummer would get us to Reno. Upon our initial purchase and picking up our half battery charged Bolt on Thursday. I put it on the provided home charger for 13 hours. Upon completion I had a 118 miles range. Reno Peppermill trip 112 miles from our residence. I was a bit surprised with the card 12 amp limits and slow charge rate. Having previously called Colfax Winner Chevrolet and being told that they have operable level 1, 2 & 3 chargers available we headed there. We headed to Winner Chevy half hour and 15 miles out of our way. I neglected to ask IF the level 3 charger was available for my use. We found upon arrival that their level 3 charger was limited for commercial use only. We sat in our car for over three hours for their level 2 charger to get a 126 mile range leaving for Reno an hour before dark. With the mountains to Reno would most surely decrease our Bolts range. I had an extensive conversation with the dealers General Manager Tim Bobzien explaining in detail what we went through with your dealership. Tim referenced that he had heard similar to this from his other customers about your dealership. I told Tim about the upcoming 1/23 new Bolt owners class. Tim said let me know when convenient and he will have an employee give me the same class one on one. His service manager Demetric while waiting spent almost an hour extensively going over ever so much about the Bolt. I told Tim Bobzien the Winner Chevrolet General Manager that in all fairness I could not promote the Tom Sullivan Dealership. I reference your license plate frame and paper dealership promotion. I ask Tim to switch both plates to Winner Chevrolet which he had an employee do moments later. I mentioned to Tim that I would be contacting corporate about just how exceptional his dealership service was in treating a customer in need whom had purchased their Bolt at another dealership. ALL future service on our Bolt will be with Winner Chevrolet as I feel that they are completely trustworthy. Upon our leaving the Peppermill Casino in a week I will be contacting your corporate about the god awful service we received from your Tom Sullivan Dealership on our car purchase. Having had our Bolt for ten days my asking Jennifer to make sure our car had a full charge. Again calling the day prior to pick up to remind on a full charge. Original sales date we leave dealership with less than half a battery charge, same with picking up our car after your having for ten days plus. F. Y. I. the Winner Chevrolet service manager stated while there no Bolt car sales leaves their lot with less than a full charge. Upon his suggestion going to Reno to extend the card range we did not use both the window defroster, or heater. As a result I am sitting here with a major cold. He even took the time in the parts department to show me how various charge points work. Which I will set up upon our return home. Again exceptional service. This trip is the wife’s birthday weekend with a very large suite I booked months ago. Our trip yesterday from Cofax to Reno the wife Mary was scared to death after dark our Bolt main battery power would run out in the mountains after dark. Yesterday was our first drive with our new Bolt having it in your shop since purchase. The stress that your dealerships employees incompetence has been like a nightmare. My computer skills are very exceptional. As you will soon find out when I go on line about my worst ever car experience at 70 years of age in ever buying a car. It should not be like this. The whole process, how Max listened to what I wanted, and when I thought he forgot all about me, he calls me like I have a car I think u might like, it has most of what you want. And Bam! There’s Charley! Yes I named her Charley. She’s beautiful and I’ve never been more in love with a car. Even waiting for finance and just seeing how hard Max was working to make sure I left satisfied. LaPrincess made sure to help me get all the information she could before I drove 2 hours to the dealership so that I could make an informed decision before my drive and while I was there she was knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. While negotiating the final details she did not try to hide anything or add in extra fees, she and her manager were transparent about the costs and honest in their negotiations. My finance person Cory was also incredible. He informed me of additional options but did not try to sell me things that I did not want. He made the paperwork process easy and clean. These guys were great. They were all super helpful and nice even though I was buying a car as they closed at 10pm. After I got the car home some extra costs came up with my trade-in resulting from VW not disclosing additional fees for trading my car in at a different dealer. Cory in finance went out of his way to make sure that I did not get stuck with those fees and found a creative solution to solve the problem. Incredible service. Thank you John L Sullivan. More

On the morning of my schedule appointment I received a call from Amanda at John Sullivan Chevrolet to inform you that you can’t bring your car into service as we don’t service Honda’s here and your warranty is not valid here. So they will tell you what ever they want to get the sell then sell you a crap car and warranty. Don’t buy a car from them More
