Awful Service Another awful day with JLS. I called on a Thursday to make an appointment for Monday for an oil change and to have a key made. I was told they would h Another awful day with JLS. I called on a Thursday to make an appointment for Monday for an oil change and to have a key made. I was told they would have my car a few hours. I dropped my car off the night before so that my car could get in first. I received a call from Courtney who was assigned to me in the morning. she spoke to me about the key being made.I asked her about my oil change and she said "what oil change" not only did I make the appointment for an oil change but when I dropped the car off they have you fill out a form on the envelope where you leave your keys on what you are having done to your car . She calls me back at 10:45 and nothing has been done to my car. she said that someone has to go to Sacramento to pick up my key. If my appointment was made on Thursday why wasn't this done before Monday? or better yet why wasn't this done first thing this morning? This is why I left my car overnight. I couldn't make it any easier for them. I told her since i was quoted a few hours i definitely wasn't planning on having my car gone all day and at the latest I needed it by 3. Long story short I got my car back after 4;30. Another epic fail from JLS. I am so tired of this. As long as I stay in Roseville I will never purchase another car from John L Sullivan. This service department just can NOT get it together. More
