Service advisers have no knowledge on vehicles, I even had one tell me that. I had to ride with a service tech to point out the rattling issue I was having in my truck, major inconvenience. Both my b pillars are rattling, i was told it was just a part of the truck, really? a new truck that costs over $45k? I was basically told to take my truck to another service center to have them check the rattles, ok gladly. No one acknowledged me at the service center cashier, i guess they didn't want to deal with any confrontation, they even asked my wife if she was with me, when she said yes, back to silence. Joy is quick to make you feel like she will help, then passes the buck to someone else. lack of communication by everyone in the service center is something i have never experienced before. i will never set foot on the john l sullivan chevrolet property again. from the loitering sales reps sitting on the railing waiting for prey (who actually walk to your car when you are simply going to service) to the rude and unknowledgeable service advisers. it is all a facade, i feel so taken advantage of from this entire experience, sales to service. Never again. More

John L. Sullivan Max was the general man that helped me find the best car for a great deal. He was wonderful and was able to answer all the questions I had. When finally finding my new car, I went to do all the paperwork with Corey. Corey was very pushy and rude. I did not like the way he treated his customers. He became very frustrated due to their card machine not working and kept trying to scan my card. Since he kept doing this, the bank put a hold on my account because there was “fraudulent” activity. I was very mad and was in shock that someone who deals with this so often would be so stupid to do something like that. I HiGHLY recommend getting Max to discuss your car deal with and HIGHLY do Not recommend Corey for your final paperwork. More
