Finally upgraded from my 2008 Cobalt to a 2018 Malibu I shopped around for nearly a year doing my research. He was very patient, informative in guiding me through the process. Everyone dreads the fact that it takes ALL day to buy a car but I had my 9 year old with me and it didn't even feel like half the day. He was very good at keeping us in the loop on what was happening, what phase we were in, the next steps and how long things are going to take. I am very pleased with my decision and have zero regrets, and normally I can't say that about ALL dealers, sales interactions and new car purchases.
