too many emails I went in to get my chevy truck serviced and ended up buying another chevy. All good, I expected that and got a volt for commuting. Bad experience I was able to get my car but they didn't value a discount coupon from their website because the car was at it's lowest price. Now my salesman was nice but he was limited on what he could do to help, but I had to deal with paying extra for things I didnt want. Unfortunately the dealership says, they have Lojack on all their vehicles and when you get to financing you are expected to pay for it or no deal. There are other items like Dent repair that they try to sell you and say it is recommended but I said no.. and then they have some security stickers for theft that they weren't willing to budge on and charge for. Lastly, when car was given there were no floormats or a 2nd key available for the car. More

Buyer I spent 7 hrs here trying to buy this jeep. That's way to much time. I told them what I can spend and he just ignored that.
