A'right Initial arrival and sale... good. Two days later we brought them the check,not good. Poor service just two days after spending $26,000. During the Initial arrival and sale... good. Two days later we brought them the check,not good. Poor service just two days after spending $26,000. During the sale day (6 long hours) they were attentive, kind, interested, kept making sure we never felt dropped for any length of time. Two days later we brought in the entire car amount via check from Credit Union because the rate was better... we sat at a table for 30 minutes before anyone came to us AT ALL. Then we were left at the table 2 different times up to 10 minutes each... abrupt, rude, done. Meanwhile, the place was FULL of sales agents.. one other customer whom actually may have been a wife of a sales agent. They walked back and forth, no engagement, not check in, nothing. Incredibly rude and with each moment passing I felt more and more snowed. We are now TWO weeks out and still awaiting the additional key fob promised. No call, no status update... just incessant emails to "WRITE A REVIEW" through automated email system. Disappointing at best. More

Nuclear option My car was serviced in the amount of time they stated at the beginning which is really important to me. The waiting area was large and comfortable and My car was serviced in the amount of time they stated at the beginning which is really important to me. The waiting area was large and comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. However upon returning to my car I received and unpleasant surprise. As I opened the door and sat down there was a very foul smelling odor. When I say foul I mean that if I commited some major atrocity in my life and was unfortunate enough to be turned away from the pearly gates and sent to eternal damnation I would imagine that Lucifer himself could only be the author of such a vile rendering of filth. It smelled as if someone was hung over and had an infected anus. It was so potent that I quickly got out of the seat to ensure I had not sat in any fecal matter. Once I knew the seat and floor were not contaminated with the vile blue soup of the ever avoided port-a-potty I quickly scanned the area for the author of such an undeserved prank. Alas the victor was displaying a previously forgotten form of self control and was able to contain their own laughter. As the nuclear option in the form of rank methane slowly dissipated so to did my anger. Well played maintenance person... well played. 4 stars for the great service minus one star for the face melting flatulence. Good day More

Finding a car previously was extremely stressful especially with my husband being done due to military orders but this dealership was awesome and made it fun and easy! Unfortunately, found out too late to return the car because Robert told me it had to returned for an equally priced vehicle, which was a lie. I know car dealerships have reputations for this type of thing, I would expect this of a cheesy dive dealership, but not an operation like John L. Sullivan. More
