I WAS THERE AT 9;00 AM, EMPLOYEES SEEM TO BE LETHARGIC THE SERVICE CENTER ON THE INSIDE WHERE YOU PAY SEEMED TO BE VERY UNORGANIZED. WE HAD MY HUSBANDS WORK TRUCK IN THERE ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO. NEVER GO THE SERVICE CENTER ON THE INSIDE WHERE YOU PAY SEEMED TO BE VERY UNORGANIZED. WE HAD MY HUSBANDS WORK TRUCK IN THERE ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO. NEVER GOT A SURVEY TO LET YOU KNOW HOW UNHAPPY WE WERE. THEY HAD THE TRUCK FOR 15 DAYS WAITING ON PARTS THEY SAID. WE HAD TO BORROW A FRIENDS TRUCK ALL THAT TIME, THE TRUCK FINALLY GOT DONE AND COST ALOT.. MY HUSBAND HAD ASKED THEM TO FIX THE MOTOR ON THE MIRROR BECAUSE IT WAS BROKEN. DISCOURAGED ARMY VETERAN I took my car in because the rest washer fluid was leaking out on the ground. This just started happening. They said it was because of something ano I took my car in because the rest washer fluid was leaking out on the ground. This just started happening. They said it was because of something another contractor Chevy on Florida had done last FALL. Why did it just start leaking?? If it's under warranty regardless why can't warranty fix it??? It was done as a result of Chevy! Instead they say they CANT/WONT FIX IT!! They won't fixit under warranty and they can't fix it unless they can do so to factory specs Im told!! Thos the same dealership Service that I ask to install wipers and they put the cheapest wipers on my car they could get. Later when I needed them, they came off!! When you want to keep your car original you rely on the dealerships to do that. That's why I asked for A/C Delco Wipers, instead I get wipers that Walmart wouldn't sell!! Yet they wont fix my rest window washer fluid???? I went here because my 88 yr old Uncle had great things to say about Sullivan!! Now the Sales people want to pit me in a new car because my 2016 can't be fixed?? Wrong reason to want my business!! More

Z06 Check Engine Light Took my 2017 Z06 in after experiencing a reduced engine power warning light appear on my dash while driving up to Squaw Valley.. Diagnosed as faulty MAF sensor. Replaced and so far no issues. Will have to head to the Sierras to see if resolved. service department did great job in getting to the issue fairly promptly though car had to do an overnight. More

Service Worst experience I have ever had by far. Had to talk to just about everyone about getting my car back after 5 days of bad service. It really took five Worst experience I have ever had by far. Had to talk to just about everyone about getting my car back after 5 days of bad service. It really took five days to recognize a tire problem? And as for warranties? Yeah, total and complete waste of money. The warranty manager told me that when they balance and rotate your tires, it is just a basic service, they don’t guarantee it will be right or ready to run the road smoothly?!? Are you kidding? Plus, had to pay a 100 dollar deductible after they failed to fix my windshield wiper fluid pump on 3 separate occasions, but were more than happy to fix it after the basic warranty expired! Shameful service by this dealership. More

5 Star Dealership Every time I go to the dealership I am greeted with a smile and professionalism. Everyone from the service adviser, to the shuttle driver, to the pers Every time I go to the dealership I am greeted with a smile and professionalism. Everyone from the service adviser, to the shuttle driver, to the person working at the cafe is always so helpful and courteous. I have been in a few times for issues with my crossover and have not been in the best of moods but immediately once I arrive the vibe from everyone I come I contact with is always pleasant. It changes my mood. I was skeptical about making such a big purchase when I bought the crossover but I know I made the right decision because of the people who work at the dealership. The many times I have been there for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance I have never come across anyone who isn’t always pleaseant, courteous, and willing to help. They treat everyone with respect and , for lack of a better word, love. They really treat people the way they themselves would want to be treated if they were the customer. I have never been to any other business where the customer service is astronomical! I recommend this dealership to everyone I know who are looking to purchase a vehicle. More
