I set up an appt and spoke with salesman over the phone who told me of an employee that just went from the same car I had to a volt. I didn’t believe him but decided to go in anyway. When I got in he was unable to assist me because he was with another customer. So, who did he pair me with? The salesman who traded his luxury car for a volt! I’d say it was an instant connection that made the car leasing/buying process actually bearable! Not only was Justin (salesman) awesome but the remaining staff that assisted me throughout the process was amazing, as well. They’ve followed up with me to make sure everything is going well and to make sure I get any questions answered. Thank you, John L Sullivan for your excellent customer service. Delayed and half done Due to unforeseen work load my truck stayed in the shop an extra day before they could get to it, and they then forgot the car wash that was promised. Nobody would tell us when we could get the car and they couldn’t even be bothered for the complementary car wash we asked for, after making us wait all day and conduct business with extreme rudeness. And it is way to expensive for such horrible service! I’d rather go to speedee and at least be treated nice!! More

Great used car buying experience I went in thinking I knew what I wanted. I had done tons of research, but when I did a test drive I found I really did not like the vehicle I original I went in thinking I knew what I wanted. I had done tons of research, but when I did a test drive I found I really did not like the vehicle I originally went in for. While looking around the lot with the salesman, Justin, I casually mentioned that I really would like a PHeV, but they just don’t have the cargo space I need. Justin was so excited to show me the Chevy Volt, and the fact it had a TON of cargo space, especially with the back seats folded down. I was astounded when I saw it! It was perfect for my very large dog. I ended up buying a 2015 Volt at a very good price. I had a specific monthly budget I wanted to stay within, and even with the extended bumper to bumper warranty and dent coverage the payment was only a few dollars more than my desired payment amount. Later, when I got the finance paperwork from the credit union I was absolutely thrilled to see that they came in at a lower APR than my initial prequalification, and a LOWER payment amount, putting me UNDER my preferred payment cap. I was really shocked, I couldn’t believe they did such a great job securing the very best deal for me. Later, it turned out the power cord that came with the car was faulty. They happily replaced it, re-checked the entire car and gave it a good wash at no charge. Finally, I found that the car didn’t have the cargo cover it was supposed to come with, so Justin ordered one and had it waiting for me when I arrived for the service on the power cord. Overall, I am thrilled with my experience. They were friendly, professional and kind through the entire process, and continue to be with every interaction. I got a fair deal and treated with respect, which as a single woman buying a used car, I was very grateful for. As long as I’m in the greater Sacramento are John L. Sullivan Chevrolet will be my preferred dealer. More
